Lisa Burton, MPH, OTR/L                     Founder-Director

Lisa brings over 22 years of experience as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to our Center.  She received her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy and Master's in Public Health Education from New York University.

A true Teacher at heart, while in New York City, Lisa attended classes in early literacy and reading at Bank Street College and The New School for Social Research.

Ms. Burton co-founded the SAGE Center for Children in NY, NY, a multi-disciplinary private therapy practice serving children from birth through adolescence and has practiced in a variety of settings; early intervention, preschools and elementary schools.    Locally, she established Playtime Pals, LLC a playspace for parents and children - where the need for quality day care was often discussed, which subsequently launched the founding of All Children's Learning Center. 

Lisa is also a Part-Time Faculty Member in the Occupational Therapy Department at Quinnipiac University and Professional Development Consultant thru OneJoy Professional Consulting.

Leanne Guetzkow, BA, Assistant Director & Head Teacher

Leanne obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University in Chicago in 2008.  She then taught Kindergarten for two years prior to moving to Connecticut.  She joined our Program in 2011 initially as Head Teacher in our Toddler Room, then our 3's Room.  In 2012 she was promoted to Assistant Director and is now leading our 4's Classroom.  We all delight in Leanne's creatvity and the enthusiasm she brings to our Center.  In her spare time, Leanne enjoys shopping, cooking, spending time with her family and planning creative lessons for her students.

Lisa Kessler                                        Head Toddler Teacher     Lisa has over 8 years experience working with families of young children.  She holds a nationally recognized CDA Credential, and overseas the Curriculum Development for our under "3's" students.  Lisa is currently pursuing her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education.  She brings an added element of "playfulness" to the classroom, much to the children's delight!

Lori Esposito                                        Infant Teacher

Lori has worked in daycare settings since 1994.  Her warm, loving and creative nature provide a caring and nurturing "home away from home" atmosphere for our youngest students.  Having a large family of her own, she has many wonderful and wise insights for our parents.

Jessica Elliot                                        Waddler Teacher           Jessica is entering her second year of teaching experience with us and she continues to demonstrate a natural, calm and guiding manner with the children.  She is wonderful at sensing when the children are ready for a change and can quickly adapt the learning environment to meet the children's needs.

Holly Bower                                        After-School Teacher     Holly holds a BS in Public Health Promotion and has previously acted as the First Aid Director for several local summer camps.  She possess a natural love of children and lights up our classrooms with her laugh and smile!  She is currently pursuing her RN Degree.

Kim Levine                                             After-School Teacher

Kim brings over 14 years of teaching experience to our Center.  She not only holds Head Teacher Certification, but is a Certified Instructor of Music Together and provides weekly Music & Movement Activity Groups for our students.   She also brings her enthusiasm and love of music to our After-School Program - much to the children's enjoyment.

Our Dedicated and Seasoned Staff bring a love of children to the Center as they enthusiastically prepare for the day's activities.  Most of us have children, some even have grandchildren, of our own.  We have walked in your steps and have designed our Program to reflect the things we valued most when our children were in daycare, nurturance, caring, open communication, team work, fun learning experiences and a family community.
